Com a ida de Yann Cunha para a Europa, o automobilismo brasileiro ganha mais um representante no automobilismo do velho continente. Mais uma esperança para se chegar à F-1, após Barrichello, Di Grassi, Senna e Massa.Newly-crowned Sudam Formula 3 champion Yann Cunha will contest next year's British F3 championship with T-Sport.
Having sealed the Sudam F3 title during the Brazilian Grand Prix weekend at Interlagos earlier this month, Cunha will now move to Europe to further his career.
The 19-year-old Brazilian will partner 2010 British F3 National Class champion Menasheh Idafar in one of Brackley-based squad T-Sport's Dallara-Volkswagens next season.
"It has always been my goal to race in Europe," said Cunha. "It is still the place to go if you want to take your single-seater career all the way.
"I think I am joining a great team and I already feel at home with T-Sport. We will work hard together and hopefully produce some great results."
T-Sport team principal Russell Eacott is delighted to have added a second international class driver to his line-up, having run only one main class car for Alex Brundle in 2010.
"We're very happy to have Yann," added Eacott. "We have a good record with South American drivers and it is very apparent that Yann is an ambitious young man who will work hard.
"It was good to see that he took the South American title and now we're looking forward to him joining us for winter testing."

Tomara que ele vingue, senão, caso Lucas e Bruno não mostrem serviço, teremos uma longa e tenebrosa época sem talentos brasileiros na F-1.
